From the North

It is likely that you will be travelling towards Scarborough on the A171. On the outskirts of Scarborough ignore the signs for Scarborough town centre and take the signs for Filey.

1. When you reach Seamer Village, please follow the sign to Filey.
2. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit which is signposted Eastfield.
3. A short distance after this roundabout you will reach a 2nd roundabout; take the 1st exit and follow the road for approximately ½ mile to a 3rd roundabout.
4. At the 3rd roundabout turn right and then take the 1st right hand turn into Link Walk.
5. After 60 meters there is a ‘T’ junction. We're situated on the right hand side at this junction.

From the South and South West

It is likely you will be approaching Scarborough on the A64 – the main trunk road into Scarborough from York.

1. On the A64 close to Seamer Village, turn right at the roundabout by Wm Morrison’s supermarket.
2. Follow the road ahead passing the Toyota & VW garages, turning left at the Give Way sign.
3. Follow the road, then turn right at the Give Way sign, into Cayton Low Road.
4. Follow the road and take the 3rd left (after approximately ½ mile) into Moor Lane.
5. When in Moor Lane take the 3rd left into Link Walk.
6. After 60 meters there is a ‘T’ junction. We're situated on the right hand side at this junction

From Scarborough

1. Take the A64 out of Scarborough (signposted York).
2. Pass the old football stadium on the right hand side and the out of town shops mainly on the left. The last of these being Ford Garage and Deans Garden Centre.
3. Just after the garden centre is a roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout, following the sign for Eastfield.
4. Follow the road a short distance to a 2nd roundabout. Take the 1st exit and follow the road for approximately ½ mile to a 3rd roundabout.
5. At the 3rd roundabout turn right and then take the 1st right hand turn into Link Walk.
6. After 60 meters there is a ‘T’ junction. We're situated on the right hand side at this junction.
